IP v 6 support
Hi,
We're running a verification before implementing Ip v 6 on our esxi and network switches.
Our clusters of HP dl585g7 and bl465cg6-g7, anyone know where to get info if the nic drivers on esxi 5 have ip version 6 support?
Regards,
Tor Egil

Re: IP v 6 support
Hi Tor,
Though I could not find any info to show the drivers support IPv6, but I believe it is the OS which has to have ability to support IPv6 protocol and ESXi 5.0 is very much on the path to support IPv6 (by default it is disabled and needs to be enabled).
Please look at the release notes of the ESXi 5 for known issues on IPv6.
Thanks,
Jagadish
