Trouble installing ESXI 3.5 U4 on Proliant BL 35p with 2 processor AMD opteron 250

I trying to install ESXi 3.5 on a Proliant BL 35p with 2 processor AMD Opteron 250. The installation stop without any error messages when "staring wmware...." label is displayed.

If I remove one processor, the installation finished successfully. But if I install again the processor in that installation the starting process of vmware server hang in the same way of the installation.

I tested both processors installing in the same server a Windows 2003 and it work fine.

Any ideas how to get this install on 2 processors?
