Updating ESXi 4.0 to Update 1

Hi all,

I have just downloaded "hp-esxi4.0uX-bundle-1.3.zip" and planning to update one of my ESXi server. I have performed as suggested, power off VM, set ESXi to maintenance mode.

However, when I ran the vihostupdate.pl script against the zip file I downloaded, I encountered the following error "Vib signature is missing".

Anyone has a solution for this? or am I doing it wrong.
