Visualization issues with HP EliteBook 840 G1

Hi, I am trying to run a simple Virtual Machine for a 64bit OS to run a few test's on,

 

However when virtualisation is enabled in the Bios and i get the attached. I really need to run the VM and am unable to due to this issue.

 

<This is the same error in VMware>
