Formatting a MO 9,1Gb disk, how long time???

Does anybody know how long time it takes to format a 9,1Gb MO disk?

Performing a low level format can take up to 60 minutes per side of the disk.

Depending on software you use. With CA Arcserve, it takes less than 3 minutes.With Investor, it takes almost 20 minutes.
If you use some MO format tools (such as DDUP),it will more faster.

I got Microsoft Cluster with windows 2003 and arcserve don't format this disk (c7983a) what can I do ?
