NX9420, USB Mass storage device

I have upgraded my NX9420 from XP to Vista Ultimate and everything seem just fine except when connecting a device to an USB port which should be detcted as a USB mass storage device and use the vista supplied driver (no driver provided by vendor such as iPod, Garmin GPS etc.) Vista says it is a Unknown device and keeps asking for driver.

Anyone that has experienced this too?

I have a similar problem. If I look at the devices on the computer, it shows me that the mass storage controller and PCI simple communications controller are unknown devices.

I have a same problem, does anyone knows how to sove this problem.
