Read Only
When I save a document in Word2002 on my pc using an internal 9500 series cd-writer with HP CD-Writer software and then try to open the file on my laptop using and external 8200E cd-writer (also Word2002) and the Record Now software, the file properties lock on read only and I am unable to change it or save the file. I have the same issue in reverse.
How can I transfer the file from my CD-RW on both systems with no properties set?
P.S. This thread has been moved from Disk to Optical Jukeboxes & Drives. -HP Forum Moderator

Re: Read Only
Roxio has a free CD read/write utility that will let you access a CDRW using explorer. You can get it at roxio.com.
