Vendor ID or Product ID dont shown on PCA

Hello,

I ordered a Jukebox Robotics PCA for an HP-C1100J Jukebox with two 5,2GB MO-Drives.
My Problem is: I received one witch shows no Vendor ID or Product ID.
How could I enter this IDs to get my HP-Jukebox totaly repaired?
Our customer is waiting so I would apreciate a soon reply. Thank you all in advance if you could help me with my problem.

Is the serial number there on juke box?.

give your serial number and product numer(product number is common for all HP-C1100J Jukebox )in the following site.

Hello,

the part I ordered was "C1100-60303"
Its the Robotics Controler of the Jukebox.
My Problem is that im not able with the "HP Tape & Library Tool" to view the Vendor-ID.
I asked for your help to set it on this controler to the default HP Vendor-ID. If its Possible.

The Serial of the Jukebox is: "US8AH00204"

There is a function within LTT that allow you to set the right product number, probably you need the password for this.
The temporary password can be asked to HP support
