Ariba API access, who can enable this?

I am the team lead for the trident application, a tool we use to manage inventory in labs in Milpitas and Colorado.

We are developing a new feature that would involve having access to some purchase order data stored in Ariba.

Ideally, the Ariba API would provide access to some data via a feed (xml or json for example).

Could you please let me know what is your policy to allow other HPE teams to access Ariba data from another application and where could I get more technical info on this?
