Aruba 2530 voice VLAN

Hello,

on a 2530 (J9773A) I wanted to set up the voice vlan on this switch,

I set up my different

vlans vlan(default)1

vlan100: toip

-----

vlan 1 name "DEFAULT_VLAN" untagged 10 untagged 1-9,11-28 ip address dhcp-bootp exit

vlan 100 name "TOIP-VLAN100" tagged 1-9,11-26 no ip address ipv6 enable ipv6 address autoconfig voice exit ----------

if I plug a phone (mitel) into one of the ports it stays on vlan 1 and does not switch to vlan 100 Is this normal? What am I missing?
