Escalating an HP Support Case
I'm starting a discusssion here in the hopes that I can get some real answers from HP. My company has been working with an HP Compaq 6305 Pro Desktop for a couple months now that has had network adapter issues. And we've had three THREE HP techs come out to look at our network adapter issue and have had FOUR differnet motherboards replaced on the machine. It is under warranty but we can't get HP to further help us troubleshoot this issue.
We need this escalated but are getting silence from HP. Who can help?!

Re: Escalating an HP Support Case
This is the wrong forum for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Support Forum: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/
This is a peer to peer forum, not an official HP support site.
Have you tried contacting the HPSC?
