HOW TO MOVE TO WINDOWS 10
Dear all
I’ve just purwhased a ProOne 600 for our office (we are located in France) for that the installed OS is Windows 7 Professional 64 (available through downgrade rights from Windows 10 Pro).
Sales men said me that I can choose one of both OS.
I would like to use it with Windows 10, but in a flyer that I found in a carton says that the setting of BIOS should be changed before installing Win. 10.
May I ask you how I can proceed concretely step by step?
On the other hand, if this device is delivered with Win. 7, is there any issue with Win. 10 for the business use? (In our office all external devices works well with all version of Windows including Win. 10)
Thank you very much in advance for you kind help!
Best Regards

Re: How to move to WINDOWS 10
This is the wrong company for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Inc. Support Forum:
