HP ALM QC SaaS - Am I restricted on the number of Domains & Projects I create using HP ALM QC SaaS

Working with a client in scoping out whether to use Desktop ALM QC or SaaS ALM QC, it was agreed that SaaS ALM QC was the best solution.

Having not administered an ALM instance as SaaS, are we restricted on the number of Domains & Projects I create using HP ALM SaaS?
