HP Envy notebook not working as expected

HI HP
 
I would like to log complain (the detail is give below) .
 
Product :  HP Envy Notebook
Serial NO : CND0303P9X
Purchase date : 12th Sep 2020
Lodge Case No : 5053721539
 
Description :  The screen is getting flicker after turn on the system and required to restart each time .
 
Note :  The issue has not been resolved so far and also not getting preside response from the HP support team 
 
Detail : I conceted to the HP support center , they have created the case and ask me to do the following thing .
1) force reset - Not resolved the issue 
2) Hardware diagnostic :  Not resolved the issue 
Since none of the troubleshooting solved the purpose and then i requested them to send a technical  person to my place , since the product is just 7 days old and in under waranty support , it's been refused to do so.
 
STILL ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED 
 
I am very dissapointing with the HP and Amazon both and desided not to go again , even not recommended to buy the HP product .
