HP India pavilion notebooks section down for more than 10 days now !

Hello,

I wish to draw the attention of HP to the fact that the HP India's Pavilion notebook section has not been working for more than 10 days now .When one clicks on the HP Pavilion notebook section an error page shows up.

Emails sent to HP customer care (in.contact@hp.com) in India are never answered .

Neither has the HP India site webmaster given any convincing answer as to why and when this section will show up.

Potentional customers of HP Pavilion are having a hard time in figuring out which pavilion notebooks are in fact available in India.

To add to this it's not easy to get through to HP India phone customer care service .One has to wait 15-30 minutes listening to music before some one picks up the phone on the other side .

Even if HP USA customer care and engineers were to give the model numbers of pavilion notebooks available in India, one can find out specifications about these from hp.com main web site .

But HP USA customer care and engineers have no clue about which pavilion notebooks are available in India.

Is some one at HP listening ?

Thanks for your help offer.

I was interested in a HP laptop with following configuration atleast :

Processor :Core 2 duo T7100 or more
Display :15.4 /14 inches with more than 1440x900 resolution
Graphics :NVIDIA 8600 or Quadro
Ports :HDMI and S video amongst others

Since the HP pavilion portion of the HP India website has not been showing for more than 20 days now .

Ive decided to shift to another brand with similar specifications.

Moreover when the pre sales customer service of HP is such one can imagine what the post sales service might be like.

I send all the required info and dd to hp redemption cell on 30/05/08
and same was approved and said the product will be shiped within 4 or 6 weeks. and on 07/29/2008 they said due to some prob they send the product in 2 or 3 weeks. and today is 10/10/08. Still i didn't got my promotional offer.
