Good day,

Can anyone help me?

My HP Officejet Pro 6830 which is 12 months old and hardly used does not allow me to use the scan from the printer.

I sent the printer in for repair. HP reloaded the software. It then worked for a short time and now says their is no USB link. If I use the system via the computer side it works.

Where can i go online for the free HP software download?
