HP TECH SUPPORT QUALITY
I WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE THE SPEED OF HP TECH SUPPORT FOR CLOSING SUPPORT CASES.
IT TOOK TO HP TEAM LESS THAN 24 HOURS TO CLOSE A CASE WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME OR SENDING AN E-MAIL WITH AN ANSWER FOR THE CASE.
I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM THROWING AWAY MY PRECIOUS TIME CONTACTING HP.
AT LEAST THEY WERE QUICK ENOUGH TO AVOID ME FROM SPENDING MORE TIME WAITING FOR THEIR HELP.
IT TOOK TO HP TEAM LESS THAN 24 HOURS TO CLOSE A CASE WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME OR SENDING AN E-MAIL WITH AN ANSWER FOR THE CASE.
