HPE Device manager 4.7 Sp5, unable to retrieve RDP settings from HP t620 ThinClient

Hi All

first of all im not sure if this is the right forum, but im unable to find any dedicated forum related to HP Device manager.

I have installed HP Device manager 4.7 with SP5. now I have configured 1 Thinclient with some RDP settings and I want to capture those settings to redistribute these settings. but each time I run the pull connections task the result is empty.

is this a know issue? am I doing something wrong ?

any quidance would be appreciated!
