How would I figure out who our account representative is?

Greetings all --

We're currently in the middle of a hardware related catastrophe, going through a nightmare with support and shipping us parts.

I wanted to reach out to my account rep to try and make some magic happen last night only to get an undeliverable message from Office 365 saying his mailbox no longer existed.

How do I figure out who our new rep is? We're located in Northern Minnesota if this helps.
