IMC 7.3 (E0706H07) not alarming when device does not respont do ping packets
After stepwise upgrading to E0706H07 coming from E0506 we have the issue that IMC does not alarm when a resource does not respond to ping packets. Hours later, there is still no alarm triggered and the state of the resource is still "normal".
But, when accessing the resource directly and clicking "Average Device Unreachability Proportion in Today - [Device]" under "Monitor Index", we can see that the device is unreachable in the shown graph.
When rebooting IMC the alarm for the not responding resource is triggered instantly. It still triggers alarms, when we make another resource unreachable, but after an hour no alarm is triggered, when a resource does not respond to ping packets, again.
How can we resolve this issue?
