M451dw "connect failed" error
We just upgraded our router and I tried to connect the printer the way I did with the old one (press wireless button on front of printer, press WPS button on router), but the printer keeps giving me a "connect failed" error and resets everything back to the old settings. I turned off the printer and turned it back on, didn't make a difference. I tried to connect via the Network Settings dialog in the printer, but I get the same error. Am I doing something in the wrong order, anything else I can try? I need to get up and printing ASAP. Thanks.
(Printer on wireless network to Windows 7 machine, Belkin AC1200 router)

This is the wrong company for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Inc. Support Forum:
