Prining on photo paper on HP Envy 5532

I am trying to print on photo paper but I only get streaks.  I printed first on WH Smith Premium paper and thought well I better try HP paper.  I did and got the same result.  the paper is still mainly white with some minor streaks.  What is the problem? What should I do?
