Probook 6570b erkennt keinen USB STick im Boot Modus

Moin Leute,

meine HP Probook 6570b, erkennen keinen USB-Stick zum booten, egal an welcher Buchse. Das kann doch nicht sein?? Ich habe es mit allen möglichen Sticks, Marken, SSD's versucht, nichts geht.

Woran kann das liegen??

Ich danke Euch schon mal im Voraus.
