Touch Screen Not Responding At All

Product Name: HP EliteBook 2760p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product Number:  C7V74US#ABA

 

All drivers are up to date.

Have installed latest BIOS.

 

I have followed the hp guided solution up to the point where I use the UEFI hardware diagnostics, but I did not find Touch Screen in the components to test.
