claim problem

hi, does anyone got a claim problem with johor bahru HP service center, recently my notebook got auto shut down problem and still under warranty, so i send it to the nearest service center (Jb), after two week i still don't know when i can get back my notebook, the service center staff play a fool with me , he ask me to wait after he check he will let me know the result when i call to the center, but i get no answer from the center, finally a new staff i call to the center the next day , he tell me wait not more than 1 min and said the board and fan is not working has to replace , may be in 2 day can be take back my notebook , the problem is the service center telephone is too lousy , either no people take up the phone or engage all the time, does any one have the same experience and how u solve the problem ? can teach me?
