iTunes will not load

Can someone please help me to make iTunes available on HP. This is the message I get:

 

The procedure entry point CMBlockBufferCopyDAtaBytes could not be located in the dynamic link library CoreMedia.dll.

 

No idea what that means or how to fix it!!!
