one of my customers had purchased printers, and he heard about promotions through hp. now on the website of hp promo registration, there is shown a "option ACJ LABEL" which he has to send to hp. But there is another type of sticker label. written as " REF # MUSS2625****" on the hp box. PLEASE TELL ME OR HELP ME, THAT IS THIS LABEL IS VALID for promo or what? please reply me as soon as possible

welcome to the forums. Do you have the url of the HP Promo Registration page? Are there any contact links on that page? has your customer contacted the retailer where he bought the printers? Can you post the url here?
