No links shown bewteen switches in network map PCM 4

I just completed setting this up today and began manually adding switches for test purposes while have auto discover off. At first everything was looking good, but I have now lost all the visiual links between switches in the network map. If I rediscover the Devices they will return but just disappear shortly after. Has this been seen yet before?

First step: install the latest Autoupdate (AU3 at this moment, I believe). Next step: check that your switches are supported, http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c02664017/c02664017.pdf. Ensure that they're running at minimum the SW version named in the document. If still no luck, call support.
