SSH enabled but hangs when connecting to switch

Hello Guru's

I have setup SHH connectivity to all my switches (removed telnet as an option) and a couple of them are hanging when trying to SSH to them. When I SSH through PCM it connects but hangs at the "connected" status. If I Putty and ssh to the switch it hangs after entering the password. The switches in questions are 2520's.

Any help would be greatfully accepted.

Re: SSH enabled but hangs when connecting to switch

When I SSH into my switches from PCM+ my session hangs for about 10 seconds.  It didn't do this until I started using SSH.  I just accepted it as normal.  I write it off and justify the delay in that I don't have to submit credentials when going through PCM+.

I don't have any log entries that show a cause for the delay.  You could check there.  I did submit a case for this and there was never any resolution given.  They did say that it wasn't supposed to take that long but never gave any solutions other than upgrade... which I did and it still hangs.

Like I said if I use telnet it connects instantly but I don't use that for any of my switches any more.
