Re: swa error question

The good news is the version of SWA available at https://www.hp.com/go/swa (C.02.11) includes a fix for this problem.

The bad news is that 1/2 of the ITRC catalog servers still do not have the proper certificates set up as we enter an extended HP holiday. This may cause some (50% oddly enough) catalog failures until we fix the server.

Two options when a problem is encountered with the new version.

1. Count to 10 and try again (really)

2. Explicitly bypass the load balancer

This should be considered a temporary fix as the balancer hides these systems for a reason, but the certificates will work with SWA C.02.11 with the addition of the option:

-x catalog_source=https://ftp13.itrc.hp.com/wpsl/bin/doc.pl/scree
n=wpslDownloadPatch/swa_catalog.xml.gz?PatchName=/export/patches/swa_catalog.xml
.gz

Now to make some phone calls about those certs...

Re: swa error question

I believe that the final certificate issues have been resolved. If users of the current revision (C.02.11) see any trouble be sure to let us know!
