Cannot install MS SQL 2008

I Cannot install MS SQL 2008 due to the message stated is access denied. I had tried lots of method and then i found out that the main problem is that i don't have the required authority to install it. Please help me solve this problem

What account are you logged in with?

Do you have local Admin rights?

System Configuration Checker - ThreadHasAdminPrivilegeCheck - Ensure that the account running SQL Server Setup has administrative privileges on the computer.

What version of PolyServe for SQL do you have? Do you have HF1 installed?
