3500 IOS upgrade errors
I am attempting to upgrade the IOS on a 3500 and keep getting these errors.
I followed the instructions / upgrade proceedures yet I continue to receive errors.
I have tried 3 different USB devices (which all work perfect in other switches) that are all formated FAT32.
See errors below:

I've checked the release notes, the white papers and the config guide and cannot find anything on this issue.
Any ideas?

Not all drives are supported. Generally small drives of 256 and 500 mb works.
Otherwize i would reccomend to use a tftp server instead to upload the image.

I reset the switch to factory defaults and then upgraded it in increments.

Reset to factory is NO way to go in a production environment. I swear, these HP switches are really clunky in their CLI

Sometimes you can skip one - the release notes have the details.
