Any disadvantage to upgrading 5412zl PoE+ switch from K.15.12.0012 to K.16.01.0004?

Hello,

We have a 5412zl PoE+ switch acting as the core of our corporate LAN.  

Is there any pressing reason why I SHOULDN'T upgrade from K.15.12.0012 (release 10/26/2013) to K 16.01.0004 (release 01/21/2016)?

The BootROM is K 15.30 which is the required version in order to allow for an upgrade.

Hi qs-it,

Only thing I would be wary of is how recently the release is.

If it doesnt add any new features or fix any issues you currently have on your nework then I would just leave it, as the old saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it"
