Find out to which port a particular host was attached

Hello,

is it possible to retrieve the information to which port a particular host was attached?

I have the IP address and MAC address of the device.

The device was connected in the middle of the night. In the morning it was unplugged.

Can I find the port the device was connected to, after it is no longer connected to the switch?

I need to find the network socket.

 

"show mac-address xxxxxx-xxxxxx" didn't work.

show log. check for port up/down at the time you suspect.
