HP 2510-48 (J9020A)

Hi!

Please help !!!! Switch HP 2510-48 (J9020A) all indicators are lit, and do not turn off

If a power cycle does not solve the problem then I suggest a factory reset:

1. Using pointed objects, simultaneously press both the Reset and Clear buttons on the front of the switch.
2. Continue to press the Clear button while releasing the Reset button.
3. When the Self Test LED begins to blink, release the Clear button.

If this does not help either then you should contact HPE support. There is a lifetime warranty on Procurve (now Aruba )switches

PS! Hope you have a backup of the current configuration.

Thank you for your answer but maybe you know V-out in power supply I have 12v and PWR_GOOD 4.31v and nothing more
