HP 2520G-24-PoE GUI log out

I have a 2520G-24-PoE (J9299A) switch running firmware J.14.01. I've loaded J.15.09 into the secondary slot but when I try to connect via Telnet or SSH to switch images, I'm told that there are too many logins on the switch.

How do I log out from the web GUI as there is no 'log out' link visible and/or how do I kick other sessions if I cannot access the CLI?
