HP 2920 Switch

Dear All,

I have 3 HP 2920 Switch with me in production , all the employees are connected on these 3 Switches itself. I have been asked by my Management team if i can restrict user's connected on these Switch ports to only get a speed of 1 Mbps or max 10 Mbps.

Kindly confirm if i can acheive this at Interface level or have to go with Qos.

I found one option under "Interface" mode i.e. "Rate-Limit" option . Kindly confirm if anyone used it.
