HP PROCURVE CRASH

Hello Guys,

 

Do you have any idea aboout this crash and how to resolve it ?

R.11.107 (Built on 25/11/2013)?

Isn't it a little bit old compared to the current available one?

Did you verified if a similar issue was recognized and fixed on a newer software version (up to current R.11.119, built on 29/07/2016)?

Configuration issues apart it could be something related to firmware (so keeping it up to date can help and should be generally a best practice to follow).
