LACP Traffic Peg at 100% after K15.13.0005 FW-Update from K.15.07

After upgrading all procurve switches from K.15.07 to K.15.13 all LACP trunks showed 100% traffic and latency of 100+MS. Rolled back software on the switches with LACP trunks and issues was resolved. 

 

Are there any known bugs with this software version?
