Same VLAN Subnet ACL

Hi,

I am trying to restrict traffic on a same vlan using ACLs on a 5400R zl2 Switch.

Any host on VLAN 101 should not have access to hosts on VLAN 101. 

Already try:

10 deny ip 192.168.101.0 0.0.0.255 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255

But still can ping and access.

What am i missing?
