Server 2012 Lacp Hash No speed increase ( Swtich compatibility)

Server 1 has quad nic 2012 essentials

Server 2 has quad nic running server 2012 essentials

Switch 2848 setup with lacp on switch

By following this guide here server 2012 nic hash

I have setup the same, however I dont get the same results. 

I'm wondering if its the switch and we dont have any others to test

config as followed.

If I understand correctly what the configuration is attempting, it could well be the 2848; it's an old model and I think it just does SA/DA hashing.
