What is default size of mtu in HP procurve 2530

I would like to know that what will be the Default size of mtu in HP procurve switches 2530,2910 if jumbo frame is disable ?? and what is the command to know the configured size of mtu.

"Show jumbos" displays the configured values

HP-2530-48G-2SFPP(config)# show jumbos

 Jumbos Global Values

  Configured :  Max Frame Size :  9216      IP-MTU :  9198
  In Use     :  Max Frame Size :  9216      IP-MTU :  9198

it means current size of mtu is 9198 not 1500 ? Right ?

You have to enable Jumbo frames on a VLAN basis. The standard mtu is 1522, I believe.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any official documents on that.

Also note: 10/100 Mb/s interfaces can not use frames bigger than 1522
