cannot ping to or from a computer in another vlan

Hi my friends

we are using ProCurve switches and we have diffrent Vlans

we have around 8 servers in Vlan 20 and all can ping each other even from another Vlans i can ping the servers exapt one. this server is i add it today and i have untagged it like the others in vlan20 and it's with a static ip address like the others in the same range 10.99.20.xxx\25.

I can ping all the servers from other computers from diffrent VLans exapt the new one and also i cannot ping other computers(in another Vlans) from this servers, but this server can ping all the servers in the same Vlan

I dont know if i miss somthing, if any one can halpe me it will be great.

Note ( the vlan20 is not in the scope of DHCP)

From that server can you ping others vlans and IP address? 

Check the Gateway of that server also.

What is the new server's default gateway? Same as the others?

If your issue is not a misconfiguration of default gateway or subnet mask, then it probably be a firewalling issue.
