Solution%ID% contains the computer id stored in the altiris database. It is nothing but sequence number in database which is unique, so if you want to refer any real unique values you can use this.
you can get value of ID for a computer, by selecting its properties, from there select General tab.
For more information on each identifier check on Altiris product guide.
