Deployment of Linux Image Fails - RDP 1.6 win32

I have been building some linux blades which initially worked completely fine. I can scriptinstall my bl20p blades perfectly.
In the beginning I didn't allocate all the diskspace for usage, and I could grab images and push them to the blades again.
Now I have used all the diskspace on the blades and I can no longer restore/deploy my blade images.

I have had 2 scenarios.

1: blade will only restore first 5 partitions. - Boot fails
2: I made a 5 partition blade. Now image install fails. It gives me

ERROR 21: system( f:\rdeploy.exe -noprompt -md -f.\images\ -forceoem -nooem )

ERROR: Imaging download Failed...
The production partition may be corrupted!
