HP SUM GUI - cannot connect to FTP on HP.COM

Hi
I'm trying to install 8.30 on Windows 2008 server
and want to get latest updates from HP.com
I have specified Proxy, port and my windows USer ID and Password. During update I received "Unable to connect to HP.com"
I tried "detect proxy" option too.

May be "SCRIPT" option may be useful ?
Any ideas ?

The userid and password is the one for an authenticating proxy server and not the Windows userid and password. For most cases, unless you need a proxy to get to the web, you can simply use the default settings and don't need to login to the proxy server.

Unfortunately, we are accessing internt through FireWall.

We'll not be using this option
as HP SUM cannot pass Windows credentials to Windows proxy server.
