HPSS 8.30 + 2008 server + HP Servers

RDP 3.83, Altiris 6.9sp1 console.
I have a dl360g6 and a hp dl380g6, setup exact same image job to deploy to each of them (not at same time) the 360 will image with a rate of about 350mb min but the 380 will only image at like 10mb min, once i was done with the 360 i unplugged it and plugged in the 380 to use same 10/100 switch port. The switch is set to auto and the bios on both servers pxe nic1 is enabled. I have rebooted the network switch and the dhcp/pxe server as a troubleshooting step and no different, Any ideas or suggestions?
