Inactive computers after upgrading RDP in 3.60

Hi,
I had hp rdp 3.50 and I decided to upgrade the version to 3.60. All the installation works fine.But when I restart my rdp server, the computers looks inactive and appear active after several hours.I ve tried to upgrade to rdp 3.70 and it's the same result.
can somebody help me?

i've tried to modify the ftp site and put the anonymous access to the directory but it's the same, a lot of computers are inactive...
