RDP 150 w/ 10lic and 10 servers but losing license slots

I am using RDP150 with 10licenses to manage 10 servers, but I seem to randomly lose license slots. I first noticed the problem when I deployed a DL360G3, then enabled NIC teaming and subsequently lost a license slot for that server. Are the licenses linked to the MAC address? How do I get them back?

Change the primary lookup key to the server serial number (if not already) in RDP.

Apply HotFix C.
