RDP 6.9 Unable to deploy image to new server

We are able to capture an image of a BL465c G5 and redeploy it to the same server. But we are missing something when we attempt to swap a different (but matching) server into the same slot in the enclosure. The closest we have some is the server gets past the OS Selection, the Windows screen pops up for less than 5 seconds then the system reboots.

Has anyone run across this problem? We believe we are missing one piece but have been thru most configurations for image deployment. Any ideas?
